Reporting to the Director of Pricing, this role offers the opportunity to play a key role in evaluating and executing complex flow reinsurance transactions.
SR ASSOCIATE FLOW REINSURANCE – 29868
Reporting to the AVP, this position is responsible for the management of existing client relationships as well as supporting business development initiatives.

Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Work with primary deal leads and pricing team to analyse due diligence materials, create pricing models and produce indicative quotes and management materials
- Lead the production of product and treaty summaries for new transactions, highlighting key actuarial, reporting and operational agreements
- Provide support for all phases of a transaction process, including initial target identification, transaction structuring, contract negotiation, closing and post-close management
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or any quantitative field with either a Fellow qualification of a widely recognized actuarial body or a CFA designation
- Minimum six years’ experience in either the life insurance/ reinsurance industry or investment banking, with strong expertise in the financial services/ insurance sector
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Solid understanding of insurance liabilities with knowledge of fixed rate and indexed annuities
Experience required:
- Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or similar platforms) to enhance productivity, analyze information, or streamline processes preferred
