As part of their global expansion strategy, We are seeking a Sales Executive to lead the business development efforts across Western Europe and the Nordics.

Overview

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

  • Identify and capitalize on new growth and upselling opportunities
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships within the insurance ecosystem (federations, associations, clients, prospects, and partners)
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, creating intellectual capital and driving thought leadership

Qualifications required:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in B2B sales (SaaS, software, or services)
  • Qualified actuary is preferred
  • Fluent in German and Italian, with good communication skills in English

Experience required:

  • Proven track record in consulting, solution services, or managing complex client relationships
  • Ability to assess client needs and deliver innovative solutions
  • Willingness to travel; experience working internationally is a plus
  • Exposure to IFRS 17 and risk capital frameworks
