Harry joined Emerald Group in March 2025, following a 4 year career in the pleasure craft sector of Marine insurance, completing his CII Certification.

During his previous employment, he developed a strong understanding of how to meet customer needs, how to handle difficult conversations, and the skills to meet requirements, resolve any issues, and multi-task effectively.

Currently, Harry specializes in recruiting for Claims within the insurance market. He manages both full-time and contract positions, covering roles at each level of seniority.

Outside of recruitment, Harry is a member of a men’s 11-a-side Sunday league squad, regularly attends his local gym and gets out for walks with the dog. When not being physically active he has a keen musical interest, be that listening or playing instruments.
