Despo is a Director of the UK Life actuarial team and has extensive experience in permanent and interim recruitment. Having completed a BSc Actuarial Science degree and worked in the Life actuarial market for a number of years, she leverages this experience to get the best results for her clients and candidates.

She has worked on and placed candidates at all levels and has experience at coaching candidates throughout the interview process.
