Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Underwrite a portfolio of proportional and excess of loss reinsurance, utilizing a variety of both experience and exposure based analytical techniques as well as qualitative analysis
- Lead negotiations on treaty renewals including the structuring and quoting of deals
- Effectively communicate and build relationships with reinsurance intermediaries and cedents
Experience required:
- 7+ years of relevant treaty reinsurance experience obtained at a leading carrier or intermediary
- Existing strong relationships in US and UK markets, with proven ability to grow a network of broker and client relationships across diverse lines of business
- Background in Specialty reinsurance with experience in Cyber is strongly preferred
