Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- You’ll play a key role in Providing Line 2 oversight and challenge across enterprise risks, including operational, financial crime, insurance, legislative and regulatory risks (excluding technology and cyber)
- You’ll contribute to the delivering of clear, authoritative and outcome-focused risk opinions into relevant governance and decision-making forums, acting as a trusted advisor on risk strategy and appropriate responses
- You’ll contribute to the delivering of clear, authoritative and outcome-focused risk opinions into relevant governance and decision-making forums, acting as a trusted advisor on risk strategy and appropriate responses
Qualifications required:
- Experience in enterprise risk within Financial Services (General Insurance would be a bonus), or a strong interest in building your expertise in this space
Experience required:
- Experience leading and influencing at senior level, with a focus on coaching, capability uplift and setting expectations for high quality technical judgement
- Skills in Risk, with the ability to break down complex issues and explain them clearly—and a curiosity to keep learning and developing
