Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Manage Claims: Take ownership of claims and tackle non-standard cases with agility, collaborating with stakeholders.
- Make Strategic Decisions: Navigate complex claims matters, fully understanding their implications on a broader scale.
- Autonomous Processing: Efficiently manage loss notifications, cash calls, and claims assessments to meet our internal standards. Interpret reinsurance contract wordings and exclusions.
- Data Accuracy: Input data timely and ensure precision for your assigned markets, enhancing operational efficiency.
Qualifications required:
- Solid Educational Foundation: A university degree or equivalent.
- Exceptional Communicator: Excellent communication skills in English and German (optionally), allowing you to navigate diverse interactions.
Experience required:
- Deep Industry Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of insurance and reinsurance, along with extensive knowledge of contract wording.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in Property and Engineering or Liability – 3-5 years of experience
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and the capability to guide junior colleagues effectively.
