Steve has been in recruiting actuaries for almost 20 years and during his time with the Emerald Group has been instrumental in the growth and development of many of our teams both within the UK and Internationally.

With a degree in Hospitality, it is unsurprising that a culture of exceptional service levels is embedded throughout the way Steve approaches and partners with both candidates and clients alike. Steve leads our Executive Search Team that specifically focused on Non-Executive Director, C-suite, Director and Head Of level positions encompassing Actuarial, Risk and broader  Insurance disciplines.

Outside of recruitment Steve balances family life with a keen interest in running. He has banked over 30 half marathons, 2 full marathons and 3 ultra-running events, although these days can mainly be found running mid-distance trail runs.
