Shruti is a recruitment specialist with more than 6 years of work experience in London, Hong Kong and India and has worked as agency recruiter as well as inhouse HR.

In her current role with Emerald Group, Shruti’s focus is on GI Actuarial space in London and Bermuda market. Prior to joining Emerald Group, Shruti has successfully made placements in diverse industries like Technology & Transformation (investment banking), Life Actuarial (Insurance), Education and Real Estate.

Shruti is a postgraduate degree in business management with specialisation in Human Resources. Outside work, she loves to spend time with her family and friends, enjoys nature walks.
