Rob has nearly 25 years of experience recruiting actuaries on both a permanent and contract basis, and has expertise in both Life and General Insurance.

Rob joined Emerald Group in 1999 after graduating from Sheffield University with an LLB degree in Law. Over the years Rob has recruited actuaries at all levels for Insurance companies, Reinsurers, Lloyds Syndicates, Asset Managers and Investment Banks. He combines outstanding relationship building skills with credibility, reliability and excellent industry knowledge.

Rob is currently Head of Interim recruitment at Emerald Group, placing contractors into insurers, reinsurers and consultancies.
In his spare time Rob enjoys most sports and is a keen distance runner having completed a number of marathons and ultra marathons. His young children also keep him very busy!
