Osian joined Emerald Group in March 2024, after graduating with a BA in Business and an MSc in Fintech in 2022.

During his studies, he worked as a freelance digital marketer, and after graduation, he took on the role of a complaint manager for a major energy supplier. These experiences have equipped him with a strong understanding of customer needs, the ability to handle difficult conversations, and the skills to manage expectations, resolve problems, and address vulnerabilities effectively.

Currently, Osian specializes in recruiting for Catastrophe Modelling and Exposure Management within the London insurance market, with a focus on the Lloyd’s of London, Personal Lines, and Brokerage sectors. He manages both full-time and contract positions, covering roles from graduate to senior leadership levels.

Outside of recruitment, Osian is an active trader in the financial and cryptocurrency markets, a passion he has pursued since university. His trading activities fund his diverse sporting interests, having competed at high levels in basketball, football, and martial arts.
