Muhammad previously worked at a tech start-up, where he was responsible for business development and managing client relationships – an experience he thoroughly enjoyed, and which ultimately inspired him to pursue a career in recruitment.

Working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment built his resilience and improved his ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and pick up new skills when needed.

Muhammad joined the Emerald Group in 2026 and now works within the Change and Transformation team.

Outside of work, he likes to stay active by going to the gym, playing paddle tennis & football. He also enjoys exploring new food spots with his partner!
