Minum joined the Emerald Group in January of 2024.

After completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology, Minum worked as an editor at a news agency for a little over 2 years. During that time, she realized she wanted to do something more people-focused, so she continued her studies in Human Resource Management and decided to switch careers.

26 years later, Minum decided to leave Pakistan – a country where she was born and raised – to relocate to London, where she is currently working as a Recruitment Consultant, helping candidates discover their next career steps & collaborating closely with clients to identify the right people for their businesses.

To unwind after a tiring week of work, Minum enjoys spending time with her family & friends, eating good food, and watching movies while lazing in bed!
