Mike has over 24 years of recruitment experience in the Actuarial & Insurance sector. Starting in 1998, Mike has worked in the UK, US, Hong Kong and Singapore, operating almost exclusively within actuarial markets both as an active consultant and a manager of successful recruitment teams.

In recent years, Mike has specialised in the UK General Insurance Actuarial market and this is now his principal area of focus. Mike has a very strong track record for business development, new client development and is known for successful delivery across all of the markets he has worked in.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys travelling, attempting to master European & Asian cookery and he spends most of this free time with his wife and young son.
