Klaudia joined Emerald in 2021 after graduating from Plymouth University with a degree in Law, Criminology and Criminal Justice Studies. Originally from Poland, she has called Plymouth home for over 15 years.

She began her career at Emerald as a Recruitment Consultant, specialising in the international market before developing a particular focus on German-speaking markets.

Today, Klaudia is part of Emerald’s Operations team, where she supports the day-to-day running of the business while continuing to utilise her recruitment expertise. She also plays a key role in the company’s internal recruitment, helping to attract and onboard new talent.

Outside of work, Klaudia enjoys spending time in her garden, exploring Cornwall’s beautiful coastal paths, and making the most of time with her family and friends. She also loves relaxing at home with her cat, Ayla, and her dog, Willow.
