Klaudia joined Emerald in 2021 having graduated from Plymouth University with a Criminology and Criminal Justice degree. She is originally from Poland and has lived in Plymouth for over 13 years.

Klaudia has started her career at the Emerald Group as a Recruitment Consultant, working within the international market. Later she decided to focus more closely on the German speaking markets.

Currently, she is working as part of the Operational team, as an Operations Manager. She focuses on the business side of the Emerald Group, while still using her recruitment skills and focusing on internal recruitment.

Her native language is Polish, and she is fluent in English.

In her free time, you can find her walking the costal paths of Cornwall, spending time with family and her cat Ayla.
