Kaitlyn joined the Emerald Group in 2025 after building a strong foundation in organisational administration.

She now works within CAT modelling and exposure management recruitment, combining attention to detail with a warm, relationship-focused approach.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn can usually be found in the kitchen with a great playlist on, experimenting with new recipes.
