Kaitlin joined Emerald in October of 2023.

She relocated from Bath to Plymouth in 2020 to study and has decided to make the relocation permanent! After Kaitlin graduated from her Master of Research, she joined Emerald. She found recruitment offered her the opportunity to use her research skills in a unique way.

In her spare time, she enjoys going for walks around the countryside and the beach. Kaitlin also greatly enjoys a hot chocolate after one of her cold winter walks.
