Jade joined The Emerald Group in 2017 as a Recruitment Consultant within the Risk & Compliance team, specialising in the insurance market.

Since then, she has built strong, long-standing relationships across the market, working closely with both clients and candidates to deliver a genuinely personalised recruitment service. She takes pride in understanding the needs of her clients’ businesses while carefully managing each candidate’s journey, ensuring they feel supported and informed as they move into the next stage of their career.

Over the following four years, the team expanded their offering to include Claims recruitment, which has been a significant success for the business and further strengthened our market presence.

In 2026, Jade transitioned into Emerald’s Pensions Actuarial team, where she now works with experienced Pensions Actuarial Consultants across scheme, BPA, and advisory roles. She regularly engages with firms and professionals to discuss career progression, market movement, and how individuals are positioning themselves for their next step, offering honest insight and guidance shaped by market knowledge and long-term relationships.

Outside of work, Jade enjoys spending time walking and has recently taken up running. To unwind, she is a keen knitter and loves relaxing with a good TV series, or getting lost in a book.
