Jade joined The Emerald Group in May 2017 and works as a Business Manager on our Risk & Compliance team within the UK Insurance Market .

She thrives the most when she is supporting her candidates find their next career move and works closely with her clients to find experienced individuals to join their businesses to support their growth. She enjoys learning about clients and candidates alike and building lasting relationships.

Before starting her career at The Emerald Group she worked in Internal Recruitment for a local insurance broker hiring graduates for their Apprenticeship and BA (Hons) Insurance Degree programme, and supported them through the CII qualifications.

Outside of working hours she likes to walk her Shihtzu Daisy. Her favourite animal is a giraffe so you will often find her exploring the zoo and taking lots of photos of the giraffes. She enjoys spending time with family and friends at weekends.
