Originally from Swindon, Emily relocated to Plymouth with her partner in 2025 and joined the Emerald Group in June 2026. She specialises in recruitment across the US Non-Life insurance market, where she is committed to building strong, long-term relationships through a consultative approach based on listening, understanding and empathy.

Drawing on a background in both sales and musical theatre, Emily brings confidence, adaptability and strong communication skills to every interaction. She is passionate about delivering a positive recruitment experience for both clients and candidates, taking the time to understand their individual needs and goals.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys making the most of coastal life, whether that’s walking along the beach or unwinding with a pint overlooking the sea.
