Dan joined The Emerald Group in 2025 after spending over 2.5 years as a Recruitment Consultant in Birmingham, where he quickly progressed from a trainee to managing a small team.

Dan has recently relocated back to Plymouth after spending 6-months exploring Southeast Asia with his partner who he met in Bristol at University where he studied Business Management with Marketing.

He now specialises in the Non-Life Actuarial Market with a focus across Mid to Senior perm hires and helping clients with their contract/interim needs across a range of levels.

Dan has a strong recruitment background, and he has hit the ground running gaining GI recruiter of the week twice in his first 2 weeks with his work ethic and drive to make a stamp on Emerald Group.

When he’s not in the office, Dan tries to keep as active as possible with daily gym sessions and weekend coastal walks of the nearby beauty spots of the Plymouth and Cornish coast.
