The Company would like to hire a Senior Manager / Manager Structured Reinsurance to support the further expansion of its portfolio of in-force structured reinsurance and new life reinsurance transactions in Europe

Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- To lead and support the completion of new structured life reinsurance transactions. These are highly complex and innovative transactions developed to meet a specific client requirement
- Support development and structure of new bespoke reinsurance solutions which provides risk mitigation and optimise capital for clients under Solvency II
- To underwrite, price and recommend new transactions in line with group risk appetite, pricing, tax and compliance requirements
- To manage and grow relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure the Company’s new business targets are achieved
Qualifications required:
- An actuarial qualification or at least master’s level in a similar discipline with 5+ years post qualification experience
Experience required:
- Experience in structuring and managing reinsurance transactions
- Good understanding of Solvency II regulatory landscape for life insurance
- Strong numerical skills with a good understanding of financial metrics
- Fluent English
