Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Leading the end-to-end onboarding process for a portfolio of delegated claims handling arrangements
- Collaborate with delegated underwriting, legal, and compliance teams to ensure that all agreements align with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Support the Delegated Claims Manager in developing and implementing onboarding workflows to ensure a seamless integration of new delegated claims arrangements
- Conduct due diligence on delegated claims arrangements
Experience required:
- Extensive experience working within an insurance company or a Lloyd’s managing agent
- Comprehensive understanding of delegated claims arrangements, regulatory compliance requirements, and conducting due diligence on MGAs and TPAs
