Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Taking ownership of and overseeing key aspects of the Risk Management Framework
- Leading a high-performance culture within your immediate team and the wider Risk & Compliance function
- Building relationships with stakeholders in Underwriting, Operations, Finance, and other areas of the business to understand their priorities and risk issues
Experience required:
- Strong risk management experience
- Strong execution skills and an ability to remain resilient under pressure and change
- Strong knowledge of the Lloyd’s Market
