Lead pricing projects and analyses for UAE portfolio with primary focus on Medical and Motor business

Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Support the reserving processes including calculation and validation of reserves and contribute to reserving analyses as needed
- Lead the development of GLM pricing models for Motor and Medical and validate and use GBM to challenge and validate GLM outputs
- Large case pricing for Medical and Motor fleet portfolio
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend corrective actions where necessary
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Progress towards or completion of actuarial exams
- Effective communication skills – both written and spoken English is mandatory.
Experience required:
- Minimum 5 years of actuarial experience with strong focus on medical and motor pricing in the UAE or GCC region.
- Good knowledge of reserving methodologies
- Good knowledge of SQL and R or similar statistical tool capable of handling large datasets
