Your Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and implement the groups market strategies
- Identify business opportunities and develop new products
- Monitor and analyse performance of written business
- Prepare reinsurance quotations and treaty contracts
- Price newly developed products

Qualifications required:
- Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries Japan. Associates who exhibit a visible progression towards fellowship may also be considered
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking Japanese
- Good command of Business English, both spoken and written
Experience required:
- 5 or more years’ experience in the life insurance industry, with solid actuarial knowledge
- Reinsurance experience is advantageous
- Experience in developing protection-type products such as Long-term Care, Dread Disease or Health Insurance products
