Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Management, development and coaching of Lead, Senior and Pricing Analysts (circa team of 5)
- Monitoring and management of trading position to ensure targets are met
- Oversight and approval of the maintenance and application of models of customer and market behaviours; incorporating machine learning into behavioural models; enabling the exploration of new techniques to improve models
Qualifications required:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a numerical discipline or qualified by experience
Experience required:
- Extensive experience in insurance pricing or related analytical background
- Detailed knowledge or experience of price optimisation
- Experience in using Emblem, Radar, Databricks or industry equivalent
