Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Manage and protect the UK inforce business, ensuring alignment with commercial appetite, IFRS, VNB metrics, and other relevant metrics
- Design and execute clear client strategies and objectives that support the Company and Protection strategic priorities, delivered through best-in-class client management
- Create an active new business pipeline aligned with the Company and Protection strategy, managing an effective quote process for optimal commercial results
Qualifications required:
- No specific educational qualification, noting a qualified or part qualified actuary would be an advantage
Experience required:
- Proven track record of effectively managing a team to both deliver agreed objectives as well as continuous development of the team
- Insightful and deep understanding of the UK advised Protection market and a proven track record of relevant business and commercial experience
