Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Support in leading the Global EA project, gathering requirements, designing and delivering the necessary infrastructure and processes to ensure consistent adoption across their global network
- Drive the project through various phases, from the delivery of an AI driven data processing module, through to global rollout of an central Experience Analysis calculation and analysis tool
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver ambitious project goals
Qualifications required:
- Qualified Fellow of the Institute or Faculty of Actuaries or other similar organisation
Experience required:
- Experience working on process improvement projects
- Knowledge and experience working to agile project principals
- Excellent report writing and verbal communications skills
- Competent in using programming languages (e.g. SQL, R or Tyche)
