Claims Operations Delegated Authority Analyst – 29078
Reporting to the Claims Operations Manager, the Claims Operations Delegated Authority Analyst will work with the Company Claims Adjusters to provide support in the management of global Delegated Claims Administrators (DCA’s).

Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Supporting the onboarding of new DCAs in accordance with Antares due diligence process
- To be responsible for the ongoing due diligence of existing DCAs
- Assist the Company Claims Adjusters with the negotiation of services, contracts, and service level agreements for new DCAs to be appointed by the Company
- Gathering KPI data and generating MI reports for claims monitoring purposes
Qualifications required:
- Degree, or equivalent, preferred but not essential
Experience required:
- Current knowledge of the evolving insurance industry with focus on delegated claims
- Familiarity with Consumer Duty requirements preferred but not essential
- Claims experience, with a preference for knowledge of delegated claims practices
