Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to)
- Working with large financial institutions from all over the world, you will lead the claims process collaborating with their network offices
- First notification of loss for D&O, PI and Crime claims
- Negotiation and liaison with markets, clients, placement teams, specialists, network offices, underwriters and appointed authorities (loss adjusters, lawyers etc)
- Conduct data analysis to establish the claims history for a particular client or business portfolio, and to identify trends and patterns in claims for a client or business segment
Experience required:
- Experience Dealing with claims from First Notification of Loss to resolution
- Knowledge of Financial Lines, D&O and PI coverage analysis with the confidence to coordinate and initiate discussions with their networks, clients, underwriters and experts
- Experience of the CLASS and ECF Processing system (preferable)
- Can be from either a Broker or Insurer background
