Our client is currently seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to join their well-established and market leading Errors and Omissions Team to perform claims handling and claims related administration

Overview
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Handle specific class of business, US and International Errors and Omissions, claims for which claims authority has been agreed with the Head of Claims
- Ensure the Syndicate meets internal and external standards for claims handling and customer service
- Manage end to end claims processes through the use of Syndicate systems
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and brokers and third-party experts
Qualifications required:
- Part ACII qualified or working towards ACII would be advantageous
Experience required:
- Demonstrable claims background within Errors and Omissions is essential
- Technically sound claims knowledge
- Working knowledge of London market claims systems (ECF)
