Reporting to the Director of EBS valuation in Toronto, the Company seeks a dynamic and proactive individual to join their actuarial valuation team focusing on Economic Balance Sheet regulatory reporting.

Overview

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

Produce and review quarterly Bermuda Economic Balance Sheet (EBS) Results
Develop and maintain asset and liability models
Provide support to new business transactions
Work closely with asset managers and risk department to review asset assumptions

Qualifications required:

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, actuarial science or related field and completion of at least 3 exams and actively working towards ASA/FSA designation, plus at least 6 years of experience

Experience required:

Experience with Python, Power Query and SQL preferred
Demonstrated experience within Actuarial modeling software such as AXIS preferred but not required
Proficient in MS Office suite and any actuarial valuation software
