Overview
Key duties (including, but not limited to):
- Within the operational risk team, you’ll be accountable for Conducting risk assessments and spotlight reviews to identify potential operational risks, vulnerabilities, and process deficiencies and escalating these where appropriate
- Support the Head of Operational Risk with overseeing, embedding, and enhancing operational risk management, risk culture and change initiatives
- Responsibilities will include collaborating with 1st line business areas to identify and assess potential risks, propose appropriate remediation activities, and assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Experience required:
- Operational risk management experience gained within the general insurance sector and a good understanding of risk management concepts, methodologies, and frameworks
