Jeff established the Emerald group in 1998 specifically concentrating on the actuarial profession. The Emerald Group is now the largest and arguably the most efficient actuarial recruiter in the UK market.

Having established the business Jeff has extensive experience of all actuarial sectors including Life, Non Life and Pensions. He has established and maintained a very strong reputation within the senior end of market.

Jeff has relationships with a significant number of Actuaries within the industry.

Previous Experience

Jeff spent 8 years as a Police Sgt before attending university. On completion of his degree he worked for a large finance recruitment company before establishing The Emerald Group.
